LPR1040 Press

The LPR1040 is designed to increase the production and optimization. This plant of new generation is designed for customer that will use multi cavity moulds for high production volumes.

Main features:

eccentric 40 tons press with 4 columns with maximum rigidity and balancing of the axial thrust.
base plate assures a perfect location of the mould bottom die-set which can accommodate several sizes of multi cavity moulds.
several tools can be memorized by the onboard PLC. This will allow a rapid and automatic press setting.
Tools setup is assured by 14 electronics cams (solenoid-valves), PLC controlled and 14 fixed air outputs .
Brush-less motor feeding system that will assure a high-precision step .
Adjustable feeder heights
Stacking machine for 4 independent stacks of containers from 4 independent lifts
Decoiler with the capability to use foil 900 mm wide with electro hydraulic lifter for loading heavy rolls
Lubricator unit with tank electronically controlled
Noise reduction box available upon request.
